The Senior Programme Officer(Impact) position will work closely with the programme team as well support the MEL team(s) in the development of uniform impact assessment methodologies. While the Pakistan Capacity Strengthening team has initiated a rigorous exercise to collect, collate and analyse existing/available data sources to develop a holistic baseline, a dedicated role on the impact tracking and capacity building is required. The Senior Officer will support thematic project designs, implementation, data collection and reporting and work closely with BC programme partners in their programming. Knowledge management and reporting will also be crucial in influencing the donor community and cotton-related policies at local and national levels, amplifying Better Cotton’s impact beyond direct interventions.
The position will be line managed by the Partnership and Capacity Strengthening Manager at Pakistan.
