Better Cotton is grown in 22 countries around the world and accounts for 22% of global cotton production. In the 2022-23 cotton season, 2.13 million licensed Better Cotton Farmers grew 5.47 million tonnes of Better Cotton.

Better Cotton is recruiting a Membership Coordinator for member monitoring based in India. Better Cotton is continuously working on improving its member monitoring efforts and in the last year introduced a revised Member Code of Practice and a revised Member Monitoring Protocol.
This role will support the Membership Manager in ensuring the timely completion of member monitoring activities in compliance with our Member Monitoring Protocol liaising with members and other internal stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in continuing the work and further developing and consolidating the monitoring tools and processes.
This position comes with growth opportunity for a skilled professional wanting to consolidate previous successful commercial experience in due diligence, sustainability and/or CSR, to work across a more sustainable commodity as it transforms the sector. It is suitable for a self-motivated, positive, dynamic, and quality-oriented individual able to take ownership of our membership risk assessment activities to ensure the integrity of our membership association.
This role reports to the Membership Manager, responsible for Member Monitoring and Administration in the global Membership and Supply Chain Team.
