myBetterCotton is our online Member portal, designed to provide useful content and key resources to Better Cotton Members.  

Access to myBetterCotton allows members to stay updated on the latest Better Cotton news, engage with other members through a vibrant discussion feed, register for exclusive member-only webinars and find a library of previous training recordings. Members can also access and review their Better Cotton contact list in myBetterCotton.

myBetterCotton provides Better Cotton members with access to the resources and content they need to stay in the know. Features include: 

  • myMembership – helping members take control of their organisation’s information and keep it updated. Members can access and review their Better Cotton contact list and notify us if any updates are required.  
  • myCommunity – a vibrant discussion feed for sharing questions, networking and connecting in our online membership community.   
  • mySourcingallowing Retailer and Brand Members to keep up to date with their progress towards meeting their Better Cotton sourcing target. 
  • myClaimsallowing Retailer and Brand Members to submit their marketing and communications materials for review by the Better Cotton Claims team. Retailer and Brands Members can also review any claims they submitted previously. 
  • Events & Webinars – register for upcoming member-only webinars exclusively through the myBetterCotton events and webinars page 
  • Guidance & FAQs – explore a library of key membership resources including previous webinar and training recordings.

myBetterCotton and the Better Cotton Platform are two different sites and separate login credentials are required to access the two areas.  

myBetterCotton is a membership portal only accessible to Better Cotton Members. Through myBetterCotton, members can stay informed with the latest updates, engage with Better Cotton and other members through an active discussion feed, and register for member-only webinars. 

The Better Cotton Platform (BCP) is an online system owned by Better Cotton where supply chain actors can enter and monitor transactions for Mass Balance and/or Physical Better Cotton, and Better Cotton can verify the volumes of Better Cotton sourced in the supply chain. More than 13,000 organisations, including non-member BCP Suppliers, currently use the Better Cotton Platform. You do not necessarily need to be a Better Cotton Member to have access to the BCP.
