Note: The 2025 Better Cotton Conference was previously scheduled to take place in June 2025 in Cairo, Egypt. However, after careful consideration and discussions within the Better Cotton Council, we have made the difficult decision to postpone hosting the conference in Cairo, likely until 2027. The decision comes in light of the deteriorating geopolitical situation in the region. As an international organisation, the Council does not wish to compromise the security and safety of our staff, partners, and members.

We are pleased to announce that the Council has selected Türkiye as the new location for the 2025 Better Cotton Conference. We are returning to Türkiye after the success of the 2024 conference, as it offers excellent visa accessibility and a range of logistical advantages that will support participation from farmers and other stakeholders. We will provide more details as soon as possible.
