We are seeking skilled experts to form a committee that will support our efforts in implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies with farmers in regions where Better Cotton operates. This committee will play a crucial role in evaluating requests for the exceptional use of Highly Hazardous Pesticides (HHPs) in cases where viable alternatives are not yet available. Their assessments will take into account the potential impacts on farmers, including livelihoods and health, as well as technical and financial trade-offs of alternative solutions, while adhering to specific conditions outlined in the application process.
