Field Trips for BCI Members
BCI hosts annual field trips to China, India, Pakistan, Turkey and the USA – creating an open and transparent space where members can meet directly with licensed BCI Farmers and Implementing Partners. BCI Farmers and Implementing Partners have a platform to highlight the successes and challenges of more sustainable cotton production, and members are able to see first-hand the sustainable practices that are being implemented on the ground.
Join us for the opportunity to visit cotton farms, gins, spinning mills and other actors at the source of cotton production. The field trip agendas are tailored to the specific regions and may vary between locations. In most cases, attendees will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Ground transportation and other logistics will be provided by the BCI Field Trip organiser.
